Directions from Washington, DC and Maryland Suburbs Take I-270 North to Route 340 West towards Charles Town, WV. Continue through Charles Town on Route 51 West. Bear left at the three way stop sign onto Summit Point Road (Route 13) and drive 8 miles. The track is on the left, half a mile past the town of Summit Point.
