Thank you for your interest in being a part of the HyperFEST experience. In addition to the extensive three day schedule of both on- and off-track activities at HyperFEST, there will also be a variety of goods for sale and on display. The unauthorized sale of merchandise in camping or other areas of the venue is not permitted, as HyperFEST is committed to ensuring a successful event for all authorized vendors.
There are two different locations for vendors to display at: Main Venue and North Paddock. The Main Venue area will be located near the main stage and car show area at the center of HyperFEST. The North Paddock area will be located in the North paddock with the NASA racing participants.
There will be several locations throughout HyperFEST where authorized food vendors will be stationed. Preference will be given to vendors that can provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night fare from Friday morning until Sunday afternoon. For health and quality assurance, unauthorized food vendors are not permitted and will be shut down to alleviate that risk. In addition to traditional fare, we would like to have a variety of food options available, all at reasonable prices. Please consider your pricing carefully and try to keep your prices to under $10 for any single entree item, as well as including some lower priced items. Along with all food choices, any specialty beverages sold must be pre-approved by VIR or they may not be allowed

The event officially kicks off for attendees starting at 8AM on Friday, May 17th and running through the weekend until 5PM on Sunday, May 19th.

Friday, May 17th / 12PM - 6PM / Required to be open
Saturday, May 18th / 10AM - 6PM / Required to be open
Sunday, May 19th / 10AM - 3PM / Required to be open
Because of the extensive schedule of on- and off-track activities, vendors are welcome to extend booth times and remain open in excess of the required hours listed above if desired. If you require additional time to setup, please note that in the Vendor Registration or contact us at email@example.com and let us know what time you would like to have access into the venue and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
FOOD VENDOR HOURS
Because of the extensive schedule of on- and off-track activities, food vendors could be expected to be open for 8-14 hours daily starting Friday morning through Sunday afternoon. Hours of operation must be approved before HyperFEST begins.

*Registrations are requested to be received by Monday, April 15th to guarantee a spot and avoid any late fees. However, we will continue to accept registrations after April 15th should space remain. We will try our best to have a confirmation email returned to you within 72 hours.
